Do you allow smoking in your cabins?
- All cabins are NON - SMOKING all the time.Are there places to eat in the area?
-There are restaurants and cafes in the valley open seasonally as well as a small grocery store located in St.Mary.What time is Check in/ Check out?
-Check in is around 3 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Please call for late check-ins.Are pets allowed?
-No.Are your cabins smoking or non-smoking?
-All of our cabins are smoke free.How far are you from Many Glacier?
-We are 17 miles from the Many Glacier Lodge.How far are you from St.Mary?
-We are about 2.5 miles from St. Mary (entrance to GNP).Do the cabins have cooking facilities?
-Our cabins are equiped with microwaves and refrigerators but do not have kitchenette style ammenities. We also provide multiple grills and a full kitchen in the pavilion which is centrally located to all cabins.Why are your rates different from the website I was previously viewing?
-Sites fail to update our rates and information from season to season. You will frequently find that our rates are cheaper when booking directly through us rather that using a travel agent or online booking authority.What temperatures and weather can I expect from spring/ summer/ fall seasons?
-The Rockies have fluctuating weather to the extreme. A clear 90 degree day can quickly turn into a thunder storm and we have had snow in every month of the year. Typically nights are cool and days are hot.Do I have to book online?
-Online booking is an optional service, feel free to speak to one of us over the phone and book by calling 406-732-4143.When did Glacier Trailhead Cabins first open?
-The cabins were completed and open for business in 1999.Do you have special rates?
-We offer the same low rates to everyone.Do you provide bedding and linens?
-Yes, all towels and bed linens are provided.Do the cabins have bathrooms?
-Yes, each cabin has a modern bathroom with shower.What is the Cancelation Policy?
-Cancelation requires 30 days notice from the reservation date for a refund of the 50% deposit, minus a $20 cancelation fee. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE to customers who cancel, for any reason, with less than 30 days notice. Guests will be charged for each day reserved regardless of early departure.When does the Going To The Sun Road open?
